IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT DELIVERY ON BUSY DAYS
During holidays with increased demand (February 14, March 8, May 11, September 1, etc.), our standard 2-hour delivery times may not be available due to the high volume of orders. We always strive to deliver as quickly as possible, but if we have difficulty communicating with the recipient or customer, delivery may be rescheduled to the next possible time, subject to store capacity.
ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY ON BUSY DAYS
If delivery is delayed but the bouquet has been delivered to the recipient, refund requests will not be processed.
Even if the delivery is delayed, our team guarantees that the order will be fulfilled and the flowers will remain fresh and beautifully presented.
Order cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of placing the order.
If the customer requests a refund later, the order cannot be cancelled, as the bouquet is already being created and cannot be disassembled without loss of quality. In such cases, we may change the delivery address or reserve the bouquet for in-person pickup.
